We highly recommend customers wait until they have product in hand to schedule installations. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guranteed. All cancellations are required in writing and will incur a re-stock fee and any applicable packaging and shipping fees. Please review terms and conditions for details.
Returns
Any product return must have prior authorization. Some items that are in New, Un-Installed Condition may be considered eligible for return with a Re-Stock Fee within 30 days of receiving the product. Items that have been Installed, Used, or are Not in New Condition are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
Products in production that are cancelled require a written cancellation request. Cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee per our terms of sale.
