Important Information About Shipping:
We contract with several LTL freight shipping services to offer freight delivery of your products. Bumpers, sliders, and some of our larger racks will ship on a pallet and require special handling and pick up procedure. You have the option of picking up your order at the nearest freight hub (location depending on the carrier we ship with to your region) or having it shipped to a business with a loading dock and/or a forklift with no additional delivery fees. If you'd like to have your parts shipped directly to your home we can schedule a shipment with a specific lift gate truck service for an added residential delivery fee. When shipping to a home, the carrier should call you in advance to schedule a delivery time so you can be present to sign for your packages.
**In all cases** it is critical that you note any visible damage to your packaging on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing. If you will not be the person receiving the shipment please ensure that your designated person is aware of this. If damage has been noted properly, the freight companies are less likely to decline a damage claim.
We do offer an additional service as part of your checkout process. With this service, if you have noted damage on the receipt and provided us with proper documentation we will file a claim on your behalf and negotiate with the freight company to get reimbursement for damages. You may also be eligible for a full and immediate refund of powder coating costs depending on the severity of damages and your repair preferences.
