Expedition One sends some Racks, Rocker Guards, and Smaller Items via US Postal or FedEx ground service. Bumpers and larger items will be shipped via LTL freight with one of our partner freight companies. Expedition One is happy to provide custom shipping quotes to get you the best rate possible for items shipping to AK, HI, FL, PR, and outlying or remote destinations (US territories, cape cod, island destinations, etc.), foreign destinations (all and any), and APO addresses (weight restrictions apply).

Shipping insurance is available for additional purchase at a Low Cost. To correctly ensure your shipment, choose an option that best represents the total value of your shipment. $3500 in value coverage is available for $25 and $7000 in product value is available for $50. In the event your shipment arrives with damage it is important to note damage on the delivery receipt. Please send a copy or photo of the delivery receipt, photos of damage and/or list of any missing parts, and a repair estimate if required and a claim will be filed by Expedition One on your behalf to obtain reimbursement for missing parts and/or repairs. 

 

Please be sure to choose the correct freight option for bumper shipments. Commercial freight locations must have a legitimate commercial address as well as a forklift and/or loading dock to qualify for commercial freight rates. You must have permission from any commercial location for receipt of your delivery and must instruct them on proper receipt of your product including inspecting your order for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. 

 

Residential freight shipments will be made by appointment with the freight company and often require an adult be present to sign for the package.

 

For local pickup select Zip Code 84404 as shipping and local pickup will be selected.

 

Failure to choose the correct freight methods and/or failure to receive your delivery in a timely manner or missed delivery appointments will result in additional shipping charges and fees.

 

** Please DO NOT sign for packages without first checking for damage to the package and the items inside. If damage is present, please document it on the delivery receipt and with digital photos so that we may be of assistance with filing a claim with the shipping company if required. 

 

**It is important that you open your packages as soon as possible to check that items have arrived in good condition and that all items are accounted for. Concealed damage and/or missing items must be reported to Expedition One within seven days of receiving your order. When making a report it is important you include photos of the items AND photos of the ORIGINAL PACKAGING
