Returns
Any product return must have prior authorization. Some items that are in New, Un-Installed Condition may be considered eligible for return with a Re-Stock Fee within 30 days of receiving the product. Items that have been Installed, Used, or are Not in New Condition are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
Products in production that are cancelled require a written cancellation request. Cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee per our terms of sale.
