Returns
Any product return must have prior authorization. Some items that are in New, Un-Installed Condition may be considered eligible for return with a Re-Stock Fee up-to 15% within 30 days of receiving the product. Cancellations
Products in production that are cancelled require a written cancellation request. Cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee up to 15% depending on the item’s volume and production designation.
